Most flat moves fail on the day because the building is the surprise, not the inventory. The lift wasn't booked, the loading bay is taken, the concierge didn't get the booking, or the building has a 90 minute window for the whole move.

Our coordinator handles all of that in writing days before. By the time the crew arrives, the goods lift is reserved, the loading bay is held and concierge has the paperwork.

Most apartment moves we do are studios, one and two bed flats fully handled in a single trip. Larger three bed apartments occasionally need two trips depending on lift size, but we plan that in the quote so there are no surprises.

If you're moving from a flat to a house (or vice versa), the survey will confirm whether we need a larger Luton, a 7.5 tonner or two vans.

Central London buildings with strict 7am to 9am and 4pm to 6pm loading bans are a regular part of our work we plan loading around the City and Westminster restrictions.

Every flat move includes Goods in Transit and Public Liability insurance as standard, and we'll provide cover details to building management on request.
