Transit & Delivery
Our driver / shipping line handles transit; our destination agent handles port, customs and final delivery, unpacking and debris removal. You get tracking and a single point of contact throughout.

Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories — high-rise access
Mid-Levels, Central and Wan Chai deliveries are almost always into high-rise apartments with strict service-lift booking windows (weekdays, off-peak) and floor / wall protection requirements. Estate management approval is required in advance — we handle this via our Hong Kong agent.
Kowloon and New Territories deliveries follow the same pattern but with typically slightly easier street parking. Village houses in the NT can have last-mile access limits requiring a shuttle vehicle.
Free port with humidity — packing standards matter
Hong Kong customs is fast and simple — a free port with no duty on household goods. But Hong Kong humidity (typically 75-85% year-round) is unforgiving on cardboard, unsealed leather and unwaxed wood. We use marine-grade export cartons and moisture-barrier wrapping for leather and timber pieces.
Container transit typically 4-5 weeks plus 1-2 weeks port and delivery scheduling.

Storage is invoiced monthly and can be combined with the export packing and Hong Kong shipment under a single coordinator and single quote.
