Bath's central Oldfield Park and Bear Flat are residents-permit zones; Claverton Down campus has on-site loading at each hall.

Claverton Down sits high above the city and is reached via a steep climb up Bathwick Hill. Eastwood, Westwood, Polden and Brendon Court are the major first-year halls — each has on-site loading bays but parking is restricted to short slots in peak move-out week.

We book hall loading slots in advance and combine multiple Bath student moves on a single trip to keep the price competitive given the distance from our Oxfordshire base.

Bath Spa's Newton Park campus is out at Corston, west of the city, with on-site halls and reasonable access. Sion Hill is in central Bath and has tighter logistics. We handle both.

Combining a Newton Park collection with a Claverton Down delivery (or vice versa) on the same trip is common and saves on the round-trip cost.

Oldfield Park is the densest student rental area in Bath — Victorian terraces along Junction Road, Coronation Avenue, Brook Road and the surrounding streets. Bear Flat and Twerton are similar. All are residents-permit zones needing day visitor passes for the moving van.

Shared-house clear-outs in late June typically involve 4-6 students leaving the same property on the same day. We size the van and crew accordingly and apply for the permit in advance with Bath and North East Somerset Council.

Bath halls require a full clear-out between academic years. Our storage runs from Crowmarsh Gifford (around 70 miles from Bath) and we collect at end of June and redeliver in September for the new academic year. Storage from £25 per month per single room's contents.

Book 2-3 weeks in advance for the peak last week of June; mid-week and earlier-in-June dates are usually fine at shorter notice. Send us a couple of photos of the room or shared house and a list of any large items (mini fridge, monitor, bike) so we size the van correctly.

Use ordinary boxes or reuse the boxes you arrived with cardboard from local supermarkets is free and works fine for books, clothes and bedding. We bring blankets for furniture and the larger items.
