Since Brexit, many UK-based financial-services, legal and pharma firms have opened or expanded EU offices — Dublin, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Paris and Luxembourg are the most common destinations. We handle both full HQ relocations and split-office moves where some staff and equipment remain in London.

The customs paperwork side is standard EU-import (T1 transit, destination DAU / DUA declaration, valued inventory) — but the sensitivity is higher because business-critical trading and client-data equipment is moving. We use tamper-evident seals, dedicated (not shared) vehicles for confidential loads, and provide a signed chain-of-custody document for audit.

Long-haul commercial moves add container time (4-8 weeks). For urgent components — key staff workstations, essential trading kit — we run airfreight in parallel with the container. Typical pattern: airfreight the critical 20% in the first fortnight so the office can trade; sea-container the remaining 80% over the subsequent weeks and reinstall in-place.
