Our crews export-pack your belongings to international shipping standards: heavy duty cartons, bubble wrap, blanket wrap for furniture, full inventory list and barcoded labels.

Customs Paperwork
We prepare the destination customs declaration, transit documents and Transfer of Residence paperwork where applicable and submit them in advance of the vehicle / container arrival.
Step 4
Transit & Delivery
Our driver / shipping line handles transit; our destination agent handles port, customs and final delivery, unpacking and debris removal. You get tracking and a single point of contact throughout.

Singapore condominiums and delivery access
Almost all Singapore deliveries are into condominium blocks with strict move-in windows (typically weekdays only, with the estate's move-in permit and a security deposit). We coordinate with the condo management office in advance to book the goods lift and cover any temporary lift-padding requirements.
HDB (public housing) deliveries are similar — a move-in permit and a small deposit are the norm.
GST relief and prohibited items into Singapore
Singapore charges 9% GST on imported goods by default. Personal effects owned and used for at least 6 months, imported by a new resident within 6 months of arrival, can qualify for GST relief with the appropriate declaration — we prepare this in advance.
Chewing gum, e-cigarettes, controlled publications and certain firearms accessories are prohibited. Alcohol has small duty-free allowances and quantities beyond that attract heavy duty. We brief in detail before packing.
Customs and paperwork for a UK to Singapore move

Storage before your international move
Many Singapore relocations involve a gap between leaving the UK property and the container or van loading. We run secure, insured short and long-term storage at our Crowmarsh Gifford depot useful when you have completed your UK sale but the Singapore property isn't ready yet.
Storage is invoiced monthly and can be combined with the export packing and Singapore shipment under a single coordinator and single quote.
