Student Removals You Can Actually Rely On

Student moves usually combine a small load (one bedroom of belongings, a desk, a bike) with awkward access (multi-storey halls, narrow Victorian rental staircases, restricted parking).

On paper that sounds easy, but the wrong van or the wrong crew turns a one hour job into half a day. We size the crew and van for the building, not just the inventory.

A lot of students need somewhere to store their belongings between the end of one let in July and the start of a new one in September. Storing in a friend's living room or driving back home to the Midlands twice is rarely the right answer.

Our secure storage facility offers per-month student rates. We collect at the end of term, store securely in our own building (not a self-storage chain), and re-deliver to the new address in September.

Oxford colleges, Brookes Headington and Wheatley campuses, the Cowley Road student lets and JR/Headington area are all part of our weekly term-time work. In Reading we cover the main campus, London Road campus, Whiteknights, Earley and Lower Earley student houses.

If you're moving longer distance (Oxford to home, Reading to a London internship, Oxford to a placement in the South West) we can handle that as a single trip too.

Every student move is fully insured under Goods in Transit and Public Liability cover, even for single rooms. We provide cover details to halls or landlords on request.

For central Oxford and Reading lets with no loading bays we apply for council parking dispensations in advance, so the crew isn't ticketed mid-load.
