Partner Terms & Conditions

These Partner Terms apply to any third-party service provider ("Partner") who receives customer leads from Dimond Movers Ltd via the MoveQuoteLocal.co.uk platform. They supplement, and do not replace, the platform's own terms of service.

In respect of lead data shared with the Partner, the Partner acts as a data processor under UK GDPR Article 28 on behalf of Dimond Movers Ltd as data controller. The Partner shall:

• process personal data only for the purpose of quoting, scheduling and fulfilling the specific job assigned;
• implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures (encryption in transit, access controls, audit logging);
• not engage sub-processors without our prior written authorisation;
• assist us in responding to data-subject rights requests within 5 working days;
• notify us of any personal-data breach without undue delay and in any event within 24 hours of discovery;
• on termination or completion of the job, return or destroy all personal data received.

Partners are explicitly prohibited from:

• accessing or attempting to access leads that have not been assigned to them;
• exporting, scraping, or bulk-downloading customer data;
• retaining customer data after the job is complete beyond what is required for accounting or warranty;
• using customer media for marketing, social media, training data, or any purpose other than performing the assigned job;
• circumventing the platform's permission, audit or rate-limit controls.

Breach of these obligations is grounds for immediate suspension and may result in termination, charge-back of the lead, civil claims and regulatory referral.

• All Partner interactions with leads (view, media open, status change, booking update, document download) are written to an internal audit log.
• We reserve the right to audit Partner systems and processes that touch customer data with reasonable notice.
• We reserve the right to revoke Partner access at any time, including in response to a complaint or security concern.

The Partner shall indemnify Dimond Movers Ltd against any losses, regulatory fines or damages arising from the Partner's breach of these terms, of UK GDPR / the Data Protection Act 2018, or of any reasonable instruction we give in respect of personal data.
