Auckland (Ports of Auckland) is the main entry — most North Island deliveries clear here. Wellington and Christchurch have their own port arrivals depending on carrier routing. Queenstown adds a South Island domestic leg from Christchurch or Dunedin.

Delivery access in NZ is generally straightforward — suburban lots, generous driveways. Central Auckland high-rise apartments are the main urban access constraint.

New Zealand Customs Service + MPI (Ministry for Primary Industries) biosecurity inspection. Concessionary entry available for household effects owned and used over 12 months by new NZ residents (Migrants' Household Effects concession).
