Returning UK residents and new UK arrivals can claim UK Transfer of Residence (ToR1) relief and import used household goods VAT- and duty-free, provided items have been owned and used abroad for at least 6 months and the move happens within 12 months of establishing UK residency.

We prepare the ToR1 application, the C3 / C5 customs declaration and the inventory in English (and the local language where required) so nothing stalls at Dover, Folkestone or Killingholme.

Liverpool City Council suspends bays with 5 working days' notice; we handle the application as standard. We arrange the Liverpool parking permit and lift booking before the vehicle leaves Pristina so the unload runs to the same tight schedule as our domestic UK moves.
